Try soaking them in a solution of one cup vinegar to one gallon warm water for 30 minutes. Then wash as usual. Recheck the stain before drying. If it is still visible, you can try Folex. It is actually a carpet cleaner (found near the rental carpet shampooers), but it works great on stains. Just try to avoid the embroidery areas. Let sit for 30 minutes or so, then wash.

Be careful which antiperspirants you use, some are cheap and no good. I don't mean the price either, just flat don't do the job. I don't recommend bleach because if you're not careful, it too can cause it to yellow. Try the new Shout products, it may take several times but they are good, if following directions. Be sure to not use heat at all.

Try some Oxyclean or one of the other oxygen based laundry additives. I just got rust out of jeans using it. I was impressed.
