There are several keys to career success, but first and foremost, do something you love to do and acquire the right knowledge and skill to do it well. If you love what you are doing, you are good at it, and you are well prepared to do it, you will do well.
Next is picking the right organization and location to do it. You should work with people you like to work with and for an organization you believe in. With all that in place...your career will be a joy rather than "just work".

I think the most important aspects of having a successful career lie in between doing something you love and doing something you're exceptional at...If you find something that fits both categories, then you'll have a long happy and successful career...
