there are several ways to do this, if you can recognize the tone of E which will be your largest string what you will do is set that to where you know you have the right sound then you will hold e at the fifth fret and pluck then pluck a open, make your adjustment on a until e held on the 5th fret and a open have the same pitch, then you just repeat the process with the rest of the strings, e on 5 is a open a on 5 is d open etc. or you can use an electronic tuner if you need to get dead accurate, however if you can't hold tune then maybe the problem is in the tuning pegs the bridge or the neck of your guitar maybe warped

tune the A string to the the right pitch, and the use the 5th fret on the string above it to tune the rest of the strings

I can't help you tune over the internet, but either use a piano, or use a metronome "a" to tune

yes go play a song you know tune it until it sounds good. After that go buy a tuner they are really handy.

fret five on one string should be the same as open on the next string down.....get a tuner
