You should spend more time in fore-play to get maximum natural lubrication.
lf your partner has a very large penis,then sometimes,your natural lubrication isn't enough.Use K-Y jelly to reduce the friction.

If you are using condoms you may be sensitive to the latex. Also you may be sensitive to any lubrication used. There is also a possibility of not enough lubrication thus irritating your skin. Make sure that you do not have a urinary tract infection so go to the bathroom before and after sex.

it could be Chlamydia i'd get it checked out at your doctors, It's a yeast infection so don't panic.
That's what it sounds like to me.
