I was once a pedophile, for a couple years when I was young. Since I've completely changed my ways, I even work with kids now (and no I don't molest them!), although I haven't turned myself in, because if I did I could never make up for the horrible things I did.
If you hate me, you should, because I've done terrible things, but know that I hate myself too, and that I've been to Hell and back and have never truly been happy since.

That's why I work with them: I feel I should give back where I've taken away. I have no more urge to molest; it's completely gone from me. I've become a Buddhist.

How can you be a former pedophile. I can't imagine that a person would have those urges and suddenly they just go away. It's like saying I used to be a murderer. The urge to kill/molest never goes away. If you have gotten your urges under control it doesn't mean you aren't a pedophile - it just means you control your desire to touch children inappropriately.
The other thing I want to ask you is, how do you think you can make up for what you did? I was molested as a child and it still affects my life every day. You molested at least one child - I think your life should be judged by the pain you caused and how many you children your hurt. I think you need to suffer every single day what you did to each of those children causes them pain or alters their lives....

Once a pedophile, always a pedophile. There is no cure. The simple fact that you want us to recognize your illness and ask you questions, shows that you are still a danger to children. If you are really cured, you'll go to work tomorrow and quit. Go work in a nursing home but stay away from children. Oh, go see the new movie, "Hard Candy". And...hell well I don't think you've been there yet.

It's okay bro and I do have a question. A frickin 35 year old guy keeps sending me pics and shiz of kids and him like naked. And I'm 13. AND WE'RE BOTH GUYS. What should I do? He wants to meet at a hotel.
