Ok, i know in some other states it's called antisapation and it's were if you want to move out at age 16 but yo parents won't let you, you can get a coart order. In Mn is what i am wondering what u would call it.

It's called "emancipation." And the court has to order it. You have to get a lawyer and prove that you can take care of yourself, and that your parents are not doing their job as parents. It's not easy to do.
