If you have Bittorrent download client (BitComet, BitLord, etc), you can try Hong Fire's forum, they have it even sorted in categories:
1)Anime
2)CG compilation
3)Comic
4)Game (PC game mainly, ex. Fate-Stay Night)
Only problem is you will need to create a free account (for the forums) so you can view the actual links to whatever files you need.
The forum itself is well-monitored, there are no forum spams and virus. In fact, if you want some few pointers about ANYTHING anime-related, (even normal anime, OST's, etc.) Hongfire forum is definitely worth visiting.

Find a cheap comic book store. There's usually a BIG hentai section in those places...don't ask me why. Or, failing that, download from a (reputable)torrent site, like mininova, torrentspy or demonoid(you have to get an account, but I think they're accepting memberships again)--just make sure to scan the files, just in case.
FYI, for all those who think people who watch hentai are "pervs", hentai is f*king HILARIOUS.
