empty your cache in your browsers prefernces, drag it out of you web cache folder on your hdd. that should kill it off

Need a little more information. What did you do leading up to this point? What are you seeing? I assume this in your web browser? If it's in your web browser, did you try exiting your web browser? If that doesn't work, did you try restarting your system? If that doesn't work, you might try to run an anti-spyware program such as Ad Aware .

I cant understand your question . use windows defender it will block spy-ware you wont get this kind of MSG..... or Ad-Aware SE you can download from http://download.com
