I just heard a radio ad from a department store claiming that some fans will save you hundreds of dollars in energy and hydro by circulating warm air during winter and cold air during summer. Is this possible? If so, how?
P.S. My question is about the fans, not the "savings" in energy costs since I am well aware this are relative.
