Go to answers.yahoo.com
and login first
then both your Yahoo ID and "My Account" will show up at the top of Yahoo Answers screen.

Try exiting out of all your windows and then reloading Y!Answers. If it's still not there... I don't know why.

are you signed in and if so, are you on the home page? sign in and go to the home page, you should find it there. it's just under your welcome name. good luck.
