Benedryl is a histamine blocker and not a pain reliever. It would be safe to take any type of pain reliever as directed on it's container. Hope you feel better soon.

Really, you're fine. Ibuprofin does not hamr you in any way, unless you take severe amounts(and I mean severe). Benadry. or diphenhydramine will not react harmfully to that. You'll be fine. On another note, be weary of taking benadryl during the day. Diphenhydramine is the same thing in most pm medicines. It's a sedative, and is used as a sleeping pill. Benedryl is not supposed to be used during the day.

Yes, it's perfectly fine to take the two. Granted, it might make you a bit drowsy, but it's not going to hurt you. Advil makes a sinus formula with a benedryl like ingredient in it.
Take some, and hope your headache gets better.

Unless it states otherwise then you should be ok to take Ibuprofin . If not, then i cant see why paracetamol would'nt be just as good for now.
