well are you sure that its actually someone who is a hacker?do you know this person?how do you know thats there email adress?Just close your accout...u could change ur pass...and see how that goes...but i recomend just closing your account..

close your email address and change your password if that is any help i had to shut mine down after having the same email address for 10 years, broke my heart as it has sentimental value to me, but close it down as it is the safer way to go.

I agree with above- get a new account and change your e-mail address- it must be someone who knows you.
You can't close someone else's account.
