Republicans are stupid. Well let me modify that statement. The republican leaders are brilliant. They, by hook or by crook (more crook than hook) found a way to get in power and change things to their advantage. But the republican voter is an ***. I read somewhere, middle class voting republican is like turkeys voting for thanksgiving. These misborn misfits have little education, base all their decisions on religion, misquote the bible and pretend they are superior beings.
Superior my foot.
Being stupid they don't understand logic. To them logic is what someone in authority tells them. If you confront them with true logic, they get confused and resort to name calling to hide their stupidity. And the republican leaders do an awesome job keeping these poor idiots in the dark forever. No science education, teach them religion, fill their mind with foolish ideas, burden them with children, take away their money...

I mean how can you argue with a shithead who thinks the world was created in 6 days some 6000 years ago!!??!

Shut up it goes the other way too. Liberals blame republicans for everything. George Bush protected this country from another attack, yet Liberals are bitching about the war. If we hadn't gone to war, and US got attacked, it would still be his fault.

I'm tired of all the Liberal and conservative bickering.

I say we ban the two major parties. They both argue that the other is wrong and they both say the other attacks them two much.

Can't any of you people ever just be happy?

If you ask me, the Government is biased Republican and the Media is biased Liberal. If the media was biased republican, there would be much more good news coming from Iraq. As soon as the Democrats take power, the media will be biased conservative and the government biased Democrat. That's how it works everytime.

When will we as Americans accept responsibility for our decisions. Each of the elected officials we complain so much about was voted on by us. If we don't like the way things are going we must vote for something different. Let us accept responsibility for us.

With that said I will try not to let my liberal bias taint my answer. Please do not try to connect terrorism and the war in Iraq. Not one shred of evidence has been show that the two are connected.

When we as Americans understand there is the truth and then not the truth we will begin to truly be responsible. Neither the Republicans or Democrats are to blame. It is the American people that are to blame for the blunders of OUR government. When we stay at home and not vote, we are to blame. When we re-elect the same politician over and over again knowing that they have not kept their promises in the past, we are to blame. When we would rather spend our time dictating morality instead of spreading compassion and acceptance, we are to blame. We must accept that over 50% of the people who took some responsibility to vote, voted for exactly what we are getting. Take the responsibility.

I know some people think that but not everyone. Your question has brought a lot of people out, and as is sadly usual, several constituants of both parties are vitrolic and mean. We can never have healthy meaningful debate if there is just name calling and finger pointing. Imagine grown-ups telling one another to shut up. What personal right or entitlement do we have to shout another down? Please, a little patience and love & respect for our fellow man and those with whom we vote side by side even if is for opposing candidates.

The Repubs sure are good at what they do, aren't they? Here's how they "debate":

or.... "Arguing without Listening"

Liberal Lie: "We rushed to war on false pretenses."
Educated Response: "You Hate America!"

Liberal Lie: "The Constitution isn't a political tool."
Educated Response: "Read the Bible!"

Liberal Lie: "The Clear Skies Initiative raises pollution."
Educated Response: "America Hater!"

Liberal Lie: "There is no link between Iraq and al-Qaeda."
Educated Response: "Traitor!"

Liberal Lie: "The tax cuts clearly benefit the wealthy."
Educated Response: "Stop hating America!"

Liberal Lie: "They turned a surplus into a deficit."
Educated Response: "It's Clinton's fault!"

Liberal Lie: "The 2000 Election was a sham."
Educated Response: "You hate, Hate, HATE America!"

Liberal Lie: "I don't hate America."
Educated Response: "Flip-Flopper!"

Remember, it's not about being right.... it's about winning!
