cc = cubic centimeters
cubic centimeters is a unit of volume - like as a kid, you used to play with blocks. Say the size of a block is - length 2", width 2", height 2". 2x2x2=6 cubic inches.
1 centimeter = 10 millimeters
10 millimeters = about 3/8 inch
The cc's of an engine is measured the same. Except the cylinder is round. So you have to measure the area of a circle (how round is the cylinder) Pie R Squared (remember that from school?) Then multiply that by the distance the piston travels. If you have a 2-3-4-6-8 cylinder engine, multiply the # you got by how many cylinders the motor has.
Lets figure this out using a Cambles soup can. The can measures 100 mm high (10 centimeters) and 65mm in diameter (6.5 centimeters).
pi = 3.14
height = 10 centimeters
diameter = 6.5 centimeters
R = radius (1/2 the diameter) = 3.25 centimeters
R squared = 3.25 x 3.25 = 10.56 centimeters
Pi x R squared x Height
3.14 x 10.56 x10 = 331.5cc - the # would be rounded off to 350 (it sounds better).
So a Cambles soup can is 350cc
The piston would only move up and down about 1/2 the height of the can.
350 divided by 2 = 175cc engine

There's a toe tab on the center stand, push it down and hold with left foot ,There's probably a hand grip ,lift and pull backwards. There is no reason to for the center stand,go to neutral and kick start. Another hint, get 2 2x4s ,1 (18'') 1 ( 8"0 and nail together flush at the ends, set in front of rear wheel and push or ride onto the 8" piece then use the center stand. This will raise the scooters rear 3 1/2 " of the worst part of the lift. A slope is handy but not necessary. Any handy man can do it the lengths are not critical.

The basic facts are correct above, but Ich got some of the details wrong ... displacement is one measurement of engine power. Other factors (fuel delivery system, gearing, ignition system, weight, driving habits, average speed, terrain, etc.) also affect your mileage and speed.
150ccs is fairly large displacement for a scooter. While (because of the factors above) exact performance cannot be predicted, a 150 cc scooter should be able to handle most city and country riding, although it probably is not designed for highway rides (prolonged high speed).

CC means Cubic Centimetres. The number and cc means, that much is the engine capacity of the scooter. Higher the engine capacity, higher is the torque and bhp you can get. It basically means, a better pick up and higher speeds, more quickly. 150 cc means, the scooters engine can have, maximum, at a time, 150cc fuel in it. Higher engine capacities also mean more fuel consumed by the vehicle and hence, lesser mileage.

Yes it is 150 cubic centimeters the size of the engine. In some states you can even get your motorcycle license with this mini motorcycle. Anything 50 cc or bigger and you can go test for your license and many prefer something small like this.

CC. styands for CUBIC CENTIMETERS. the number is usually brought into the nearest identifiable class (ie. 50, 110, 150, 250, 600, 1000).
Rarely, are these numbers the exact number and usually the engines are SLIGHTLY smaller than the number on the tank.

150 cubic centimeters is the engine displacement (size) of the bike. Rather small. It is a formula derived from computations involving the engine bore size, times the stroke.
The bore is the size of the piston, the stroke is the measured distance of the crank pin from top dead center to bottom dead center.

that is how big the motor is , i don't know anything about scooters so couldn't tell you if that is a powerfull one or not
