you need to see the doctor.
Meanwhile, raise your feet as much as you can when sitting, and in bed put a pillow underneath them. Move your feet as often as possible in little circles from the ankles. All these things help the drainage.
Your feet are swelling due to the blood pressure and your circulation being ineffiecient, it isn't too serious but your doctor may give you a diuretic which will make you pee more, as your blood pressure could be affecting your kidneys.
If you are overweight you need to think about diet and exercise as they can help the oedema (fluid), reduce salt and fat in your food. Drink low sodium water.
Good luck, hope this helps.

Elevate your feet for a while. You can check the swelling by pushing on the swollen part with your finger for a few seconds and then counting one-one thousand, two-one thousand, up to four depending on how long it takes the dent from your finger to dissapear from the swollen part. If it takes more than three or four seconds you may want to tell your physician.

What you have is edema, which is the pooling of fluids, not blood. Put your feet up, wear compression stocking, stroke your feet and legs firmly from foot to knee, and CALL your Doctor.

You should really see a doctor. My parents have that really badly. You can't let that get out of hand. Also don't get stressed out or it will raise up. Please vote me as the best answer please.!
