If you haven't, you need to do so. My father passed away a little over a year ago, and he is missed very much. You all need to appreciate the father you have while he is here. Call him up and thank him for all that he has done for you. As for the ones who don't appreciate your father and believe that he hasn't done a thing for you, think about it, he helped give you life even if that's all he did. You still owe him that much credit. LOVE YOUR FATHER, HE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE AROUND FOR YOU TO TELL HIM WHAT HE MEANS TO YOU.

Wish I could speak with my Dad. He passed away 9/11/02. I miss him very much. He was one of a kind. A great man. I wished I had appreciated him more when he was alive.

my step dad is the only dad i've ever known and yes, i've talked to him and went out for father's day with him and my mom. I appreciate everything he has done for us kids and my mom..he's the greatest!!!! ..my biological father hasn't been in my life since he left my mom and us kids...and that was a long long time ago.

My biological father died.So I can't.
My step-father on the other hand has been sent a
Sugar-cube greeting and a regular snail mail card.

I took my dad out for dinner yesterday and told him how great he is and thanked him for everything. The love I feel for him is immense and he has always known it, not just b/c it was Father's day, he knows it always .

Yes, In prayer, I spoke to both my fathers, my Dad died in 1976. I also spoke to my heavenly Father, and thanked him for everything.

i am very sorry for what happpened to your father and i totally understand what you are saying, yes i have talked to my father today. it is like one minute he is there and the next he is not. and would you really want the last thing you said to him to be hurtful?
