It depends on how much initial capital we are talking about...
Under $200,000, I would try a laundromat or a tack shop for horses. The business runs itself and would allow me to have flexible hours. I would also include personal deliveries and the full use of the Internet.
If I had over $1,000,000, I would buy a horse farm and live on the premises. The boarders and the income from the business would more than afford you a decent living, especially if you have an indoor arena and operate a breding operation.
The point is, to have a business which would not demand you be at work at a specific time and where the business runs itself without any need to be dictatorial toward your employees.
I would pay my employees a little more than the prevailing rate so as to make certain there is a loyalty to the operation-business.

If I had a choise for my own buisness I would probably Sell hard to find car parts/new car parts and accessories for the vehicles. I would definatly run it on a democracy because I would like to see my employees be more comforatable about what they are doing. I would pay them with a check.
People with out a college degree
Pay Chart:
First 5 months: $10 a hour
Last 7 Months of that year : $12 a hour
2nd year: $15 a hour
People with a degree would get paid on salary

If I could create my own business it would be a needlework store ... knitting, crocheting, cross stitch, needle point, etc. I would sell all the supplies, give classes and sell the finished product (my own and that of others on commission). Although I would be the boss I would very much want the input of my employees. I would have the final say. The more creative employees would get bonuses. I think it's important to pay everyone by check. No "under the table" employees. Starting pay would be $8.00 for clerks and stockers. Those that taught classes would be paid $12.00 to start. After all, I'd be charging a fee to the customers who wanted to take the classes.

I would start a dating service. I think matchmacking is fun and it is something that I like to do. Of course each person who wanted to paired with someone would have to undergo an extinsive background and drug test because there are some not so friendly people out there. I would pay them checks and it would be a requirement to have at least a bachelors degree if you wanted to actually be assigned to clients. As far as the employees such as receptionists and such, they would be payed like $9.50/hr. All other employees with college degrees would be paid a salary of course.

definite you could. you could holiday it, even though it won't act as a familiar steed, and could disappear surprisingly quickly once you get off. (psst...you apart from mght would desire to kill it for a quest) the main important subject with the Unicorn is that it assaults all people with a weapon drawn. So, in case you're using it and get attacked, as quickly as you draw your weapon you will would desire to combat your attacker and the Unicorn! particularly no longer well worth it, have faith me :)
