Use the Deutsche Bahn website (www.bahn.de) and click on International guests to get it in English. It's about 4 hrs by ICE train from the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (main train station). You'll need to take an S-Bahn (commuter rail) from the airport to the main train station.

I checked the train schedule for Monday. There are direct ICE trains at 6:15, 7:13, 8:13, 9:13, 10:13 (beginning to see a pattern).

All are 98 euro, except the 6:15, which is 108 euro because it has only one stop outside Berlin (Hannover) and a stop at Berlin-Spandau before reaching Berlin Hauptbahnhof. The others make a few more stops.

If you're taking a German train, pay the extra 1.60 and reserve a seat. It's well worth it.
