Does Rose die at the end of Titanic or is she just dreaming. They show her with Jack getting married I suppose, is she dreaming, or is she dead and is meeting up with him in "heaven"???

She dies. She is like 200 years old.

I'm not sure, she was kind if old and would made sense if she died in her sleep and went back in time and pictured herself marrying the guy she has always loved and now can, in heaven. But if she was dreaming, it was sad because she just really wanted to be with Jack in real life and grow old together.

if you remember back when the young rose and jack are in the water, she wants to let go but jack won't let her. He says that she's not going to die then, she's going to die an old woman, warm in her bed and in her sleep. I personally think that she dies but i also think that the writers in the movie wanted to kinda leave you guessing and forming your own opinions.

From my knowledge, I believe she passed away at the end. I could be wrong, but it has been a while since I've seen Titanic. It was a huge hit and I saw it a lot when it was in theaters... I probably watch it again in a few years. haha.

i think of she dies, because of the fact like close to the tip you spot her on mattress and zooming into her eyeball. Then she joins jack . To me the equation is going like this Jack is ineffective + Rose stil alive = would desire to die to connect him Rose see jack + memory/dream piece isn't a repititive 2nd = She is with Jack = She ineffective

I think she meets up with him in heaven im not too sure though. It s a romantic movie though soo she probably did die. =(

gee.. never thought it out.. I just thought that she laid down and died and was reunited with Jack.
