You know what, u computer is infected by a virus. Yeah . Install the latest Anti vieus with anti spyware search all the drives and delete the virus. If it dont help then U gotta reinstall windows.

The Z drive is most likely a Network drive. it's not a virus.
Just right click on the drive and select DISCONNECT on the context menu that pops up.
