I run a scan with WinAntiVirus Pro and then with that little anti-spy thing that is on the yahoo tool bar. I remove all threats that are found but then they are right back on there. Still popups. From places like "goodwebsites" and "popelite". How do I remove threats permanantly?

It looks like you have a combination of spyware and adware. Your antivirus software isn't going to fix your problems. Yahoo! Antispy is only good for minor infections but you need something stronger. Download and install: 1. Spybot Search & Destroy, 2. Lavasoft's Ad Aware and 3. Microsoft's Window Defender beta 2. After installing the software, update the definition and run a full scan. You can find these downloads at:

To learn how to use them, surf over to:

Lastly, if the spyware returns after you had deleted them then you should boot in to safe mode. To boot in to safe mode, you usually have to press [F8] during booting. Once in safe mode, run your antispyware applications again and quarantine all suspicous files.
