Talking with important people would be nice but I am sure Bush or Elizabeth II do not wish to talk with me. The would probably continously watch their watch until the end of the dinner. So because of that I would not like to eat with celeb people.
Talking with dead poeple neither. If they are dead, they are from another era, another time so it's not really realistic and trying to imagine that is a non-sense anyway...
No matter what extraordinary it could be I wish to have my wife with me so she would be the first person. The second would be the CNN reporter at the Sago mine I saw when I was in the US who had reporter the "second" news where finally ONE was alive and all the others were dead after having CNN and many newspaper said the opposite some hours ago. We would like to talk with Journalist who lived that moment where he had to tell that... Next person would be Jacques Parizeau, an ex-prime minister that was very close in 1995 to make Quebec a country. I would like talk with that man to hear from him how he regret that he lost with his friends.
It would be a nice dinner and hope they would accept to talk. ;-)
