'terrorist' really scares the living daylights out of people nowadays...but if ur a police always make the suspect feel threatened...and always look like u mean it..don't talk too much with them just reprimand them the first time with a cold look and if they do it again take action.....there's a story i'd like to tell you about some ship captain who felt that his crew are preparing a mutiny...so he got a box and told them that he expects each and every one of them to donate a coin this night and whoever doesn't will get thrown of the boat...of coarse the crew had a big laugh out of it but next morning when he woke up and found the box practically empty he threw the first guy infront of him out the boat....and next day he found the box full of coins...someone has to get hurt for the right to rule..always remember that

i once called a threatening guy "you stupid moronic f**k" -- totally shocked him and scared him -- i guess i looked crazy! LOL (i also look like a church lady, so it was the element of surprise).
But, i'm guessing the police wouldn't want you to use that particular little gem.
How about "LEAVE NOW/stop being a pest/WHATEVER OR YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL" -- that should work.

i don't think its the words i think its the authoritative manner in which they are spoken.
try making every sentence sound like a command, making the last word of the sentence the 'authoritative' word
an example:
'it is against the rules that you do this, you must stop'
or
'it is time to lock the doors, you must leave'
your last word needs to be the action verb and spoken with the most authority, a little loud and a litte stressed.

corny pickup lines work the best. But if your talking to a dude be assertive use a harsh tone stare them in the eye and be a big man about it. If someone give you trouble you tell them "boy do you see this foot, im gonna shove it down your esophogus in jus a second if you keep that up!"

If you just want to scare someone, tell them, "I know your little secret. It's disgusting. Stop now or I'll stop you." Chances are, they do have a secret, and even if they don't believe that you know it, it will screw with them a lot.
