i know i have one. i've had it since 6th grade. now im in high school. out of most of the kids in my grade that i know that don't have one its like 2 out of 300 kids. pretty much everyone has one ... idk i thats just because i live in a wealthy town.. im sure that factors in somewhere into the percent... but yeah everyone of my friends has one and only like 1 or 2 don't ... really cell phones are over rated... like kids are like I WANT A CELL PHONE EVERY ONE ELSE HAS ONE... btu when you get one its like whatever no big deal ist just a cell phone.

I dont know the percentage, but only 10 people have cells in 6th grade here at Santa Fe. I have 3. My mom got me a pink razr(don't really use it), and a sidekick 2, and my dad got me an amp'd mobile cell(flip). My mom and dad are divorced and my dad just recently moved to Los Angeles. SO when Im with him, he wants me to be safe. Same with my om who lives in a small town, but there are molesters that live here.

look if u want to perswayd ur mom or dad to get u one do it i got one in 6 grade it was a pre pay phone i had it for a year and then i went to cingular wireless pre pay if u want a pre pay phone go to cingular and get one i get 6 bars on my phone in more places then i did with tracfone with tracfone i got 1 or 3 bars some times 5. i gess 100 out of 100 and now im going in to 8th grade
