I'm thinking of creating a shoujo manga series to publish and am looking for a good manga artist who can share the same visions and enthusiasm.

Because the male artists and creators are busy finishing up the current shonen series: Bleach, Naruto, Gintama, Soul Eater, Reborn, etc... Female creators are more quicker, but they also have to make their stuff pretty. They love perfection too.

Natsuki Takaya is an awesome artist/story teller. I don't think it would be wise for you to walk up to a professional though. They might not like giving out advice to you.
