although Ghana have proved themselves in the past in competitions such as the African cup of nations they are still underestimated and i believe that will provide a big surprise to many teams as they are the only likely African team to qualify for the knock out stages (I'm upset that the ivory coast didn't make because they look really good but unluckily came up against two of the best teams in the world). South Korea are looking good and will have the confidence from their performance four years ago, see what there results is against France but i believe they can go along way.

A surprise team I think will be Argentina. Yes they are a power house but they look outstanding. So does Spain and Portugal.

Ghana and Ecuador were the biggest surprises to me. Oh, and Brazil might turn out to be a negative surprise, but I don't support them anyway (Vamos ARGENTINA!).

Togo I hope more than think as they are my sweepstake team - not sure there will be any big surprise team - but if I had to choose then may be Switzerland or Ghana.
