Take a beginning English composition class at a community college. They have classes at all levels, even developmental courses (remedial). All you need is a high school diploma or a GED.

There are very few people on this site who display the skills to offer You much help. One book that is used often in english composition courses is by: William Strunk Jr. The Elements of Style. It would be a good reference.

Take a course on writing at the local college. Look at your favorite authors writings and perhaps gain from their writings.
Good luck

hi, do join some class or just try it at home.......get a stop watch, and write anything that comes to your mind for one full hour ( without stoping). then keep doing this very regularly and after just a few days you'll be writing at your required speed .you, can write about anything like youself, your pet, mum, dad, friend, anything that you can write fluently about. i tried it and it really helped. gooooood luck to you too.
