Its so strange cause im always seeing this guy everywhere I go. The stores, behind me in the car.... I mean he looks normal. Even cute. At first i didnt think anything of it, but its been like 2 months. Am I being paranoid? Should i report it? Im kinda buggin.

if it's coincidence then he'll just turn up in places you are. to follow you, he'd have to actually trail behind you. here's some stuff you can do. use store windows for reflections to see who's near you. without warning, turn around and head back in the direction you just left. walk into a store and go off to the side and see if he walks in after you or if he's hanging around outside in the front.

Have you changed your routines? Even cute guys can kill or do something crazy. It wouldn't be a bad idea to go to the police, make a report. Do you have a phone, with a camera. Take a photo and possible take it with you, when you make the report. If your nervous, do something about it before he does something to you.

Well, it is not paranoia when they REALLY are out to get you. Start carrying a camera, get one of those disposable ones if you don't have a good digital pocket sized ones. When you see him take his picture. His picture taken at several places following you may serve as evidence against him. If he sees you taking his picture it might frighten him away.

Change your routine a little and if you still see him then he's probably following you,have you got a male friend who can maybe go some places with you,and let it be known to this stalker that you're aware of him,he might then become scared and leave you alone,otherwise call the police they do take this seriously.

Start following him see what happens. If you see him him in uncommon places and it isnt a routine. Like not just the store I woudl report it. Drive and park by the cop shop and see if he speeds off.
