I've never heard the term. Usually, you hear the "lunar calendar". The Moslem calendar is the only real lunar calendar still in use today. Other so-called lunar calendars are actually lunar-solar calendars; month length is determined by the moon, but year length is determined by the sun. The Moslem calendar moves around the secular calendar because it is about 11 days shorter; a holiday that is in June one year will be in May 2-3 years later and eventually hit every month.

So, a lunar holiday would presumably be a holiday on either the Moslem calendar or one of the lunar-solar (such as the Chinese or Jewish) calendars.

The Chinese calendar uses the moon (rather than the sun which is used in the Western calendar) to define months, dates, and years. So a "lunar holiday" is generally a holiday in the Chinese calendar. Here are the major lunar holidays:

Chinese New Year - Yushui 1
Double-Ninth Festival - Shuangjiang 9
Dragon Boat Festival - Xiazhi 5
Ghost Festival - Chushu 15
Lantern Festival - Yushui 15
Mid-Autumn Festival - Qiufen 15

I think its a holiday where the date is set by the shape of the moon. Something like that eg i think rammadan (im not sure) is is set before the first quater of the the moon and ends at the seconfd quarter of the moon.
