I have acne and I am starting to use proactive so it will go away, but in the meantime i am at the pool all of the time, and it gets embarrasing, so what foundation or makeup will not wear off while i go swimming?? help me please!

silicon and oil based foundation wud be a good choice,however using too much of it could harm ur skin.almost all water proof cosmetics use these ingredients so be careful.

I wouldn't recommend wearing foundation while swimming. But, the best waterproof mascara that I've found is Mary Kay's MK Signature Waterproof Mascara ($10). It's triathalon tested to be POOL-PROOF, humidity-proof, tear-proof, and sweat-proof.

Use the maybeline dream matte mouse foundation it holds on pretty well or try the maybeline pure makeup. For mascara use water proof mascara . Just use cream make ups they donot come off easily and hold on to your skin but they donot cause breakouts.

None of them will stay on, I'm sorry to tell you.
If you want help, find a perscriptives counter near you and ask for what they have for pimples. It is about 15-20 dollars a bottle, but it will last you forever and work within a day or two.

MAC , but it's expensive..I don't know that you need that much make up on with your skin condition.....the bare minerals would be good, but expensive also, at the dollar store or some walgreen's they have a product called silky powder made several different company's ...it's loose powder and goes on easily.....cost around five dollars....good luck..

umm you could get stuff that doesnt wash which it will say waterproff which their is mascara which is waterproff and i think there maybe foundation.Im on swimteam and cheerleading and i always come from a competition to swim pratice and i always get emberessed because all of my makeup gets washed off and the water doesnt look very good.And I think there is also lipstick that is waterproff? who knows maybe

go to igia.com and get there foundation it's like $19 for alot of foundation and it definately won't come off in the water but if you wash it with a soapy facial wash it will come off when you want it to!!

order bareminerals/bare essentials off the tv.. i have a mild case of acne and i use it.. it doesnt clog ur pores and will stay on all day, im not totally positive but it may actually even stay on in the water! its a great makeup, its light on your face too

Revlon colorstay works really well, it's what I use. As long as you aren't continuously submerged, it should stay on. Estee Lauder also has one that is superb, but WAY more expensive. Besides, Revlon is more easily available.
