i had intercourse with my girlfriend she hasnt got her period so she might be pregnant she feels like throwing up and her stomach hurts and after she threw up she was spitting out blood what does this mean

It sounds like she could be with child, but throwing up blood is not normal. It sounds like she has a serious problem, so please take her to the doctor.
