I recently downloaded it, and it is not as bad as i remebered.
Some songs actually feel classic.
My only complaint that every song Feel damn long.........
What do you think? Did it deserve to be panned.......

It is hard to say for me really, it is considered a classic in London, but I personally tried really hard to like it and came up short.
I think it might have gotten panned at the time because there were so many bands doing the same thing (Blur being my fave) that it sounded kind of like a copycat.
