I know some people may not mind but I would like to know what the real Muslims have to say about this.

i think the best is to not order pork at all. afterall, it think u can go pork-less for 1 meal right?

if not, i think it would be good enough to ask if they'd mind :)

Yes it would be seen as rude. The meal should consist of items all can enjoy. If a pork item should even touch anything the Muslim's should not eat it. Be safe.

And we can not eat things that have been cooked on the same surface as pork. ie a grill, pan

Why would you cater to their views? I'm a strict vegetarian and I do NOt expect people to not order any meat or fish or eggs around me. That would be rude of me.

No they should also be respectful of your culture....everything on that table has the potential to offend some culture but they can just pass over whatever it is that offends them

No I don't think it would be rude. They should all respect everyone has different views and races and that everyone is different.
