You should discuss it with a qualified doctor, such as your GP. I do not recommend an allergist or alternative medicine providers, nor a health food shop. Often a test is not even needed.

You can go to a Allergist Dr. he can preform all different types of tests. With that he will be able to find out what your allergies are. Good Luck!

The best "test" is to do it yourself: follow an elimination diet removing the obvious problematic foods: Dairy and Wheat, and then, if you see good results, the other main culprits: Soy and Corn.

just go to your doctor and he will send you to hospital where they will do test.
Don't leave it to long as some allergies can be seriouse.
