#1 - turn it inside-out when you wash it. #2 - wash it in cold water (preferably) or warm water. #3 - dry it on very low heat -- or, preferably, don't put it in a dryer and instead put it on a hanger and hang it over a doorway to air-dry.

Always turn them inside out, use warm water, never hot and use the gentle cycle on the machine.
Do not dry on a hot setting its best to partialy dry and hang dry the rest of the way.
Then press with an iron on the lowest possible setting that will get the wrinkles out.
