Mmmk... people are more supersticious than I thought. 6/6/06... do you think that if he wanted to acend to earth that he would choose a day when we were looking for him? If he is your master of decievers, would he not choose a day when we were trying to celebrate Christ (like Christmas) to ascend and try to take over? I'm not religious here, but I have read the Bible, and it clearly states that he's wily and cunning. Just because his number is 666, doesn't mean he would be that obvious about his plans people.

And to note the rest of the comments and answers. Holloween is not the Devil's sabbat. It was a pagan holiday, Samhain which was adopted, just like the day for Christmas, by the Christians who wanted to accomodate the new converts to their religion. No where in the book of God or any tranlation, bastardisation or version does it say that Holloween is the devil's Sabbat. It got a bad name from the smear campain put out by the subsequent popes to destroy the old religious value associated with the days.

Friday the 13th albiet was a bad day in 1307, is not a bad day unless you make it one. The only reason why the 13th gets a bad name is because we think it is. It's another day, followed by the 14th and preceeded by th 12th. Psychology has a bad way of making things happen.

Only people who get all their information for pop culture and hearsay-- since there is NO REFERENCE to that in any other source including the Bible. GO TO THE SOURCE…

Revelation 13:16-18 (New International Version)
He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, 17so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.

18This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666.

Did you see anything about June 6th 2006?????

People even asked if the world was going to end! Wouldn't it have ended one of the OTHER 20 some times that the date was 6/6/06 since Revelation was written?!?!?
You think your friend having a bad day in school constitutes the work of the devil??? There are six billion OTHER people on the panet you know! Some of them had a GOOD day that day. I can't believe how pervasive this one has been! Think people!!!!

That's just a coincidence. I had a great day on 6/6/06... but my 6/7/06 sucked! Days are days. There is no greater significance to this day or a Friday the 13th. It's all about attitude, and how you look at things - nothing more.

Every century had a 6/6/06. This happened to be the first one in which a movie could be made about it.

Well, I'm not sure if 6/6/06 is the devil's day, but I do know that 666 is the number of the devil and the anti-christ. Halloween is the devil's sabbath.

Well, if you expect bad things to happen they generally do.....called a self-fulfilling prophecy. I was worried about 6/6/06 not because of the devil, but what some lunatics out their might do to make it the devil's day.

no, if you look back to history the devil never really had a day that societies gave him, except for a period of time the Puritans in America, and the Dutch Evangelical Christians, who held day long prayer. The Catholics, thou thought that the Devil had an hour, which if you read the book that the Catholics wrote on exorcism, as a training manual for training priest on such thing, that the Devil, had an hour, which is 3 AM. the Catholics accepted time in which Jesus died on the cross. hope this helps :)

Not me - the devil is man made!
All that is good is of God but all that is bad is created by man.
The only reason you had a bad day was because you expected it, believing that it was to do with 666 being the sign of the devil.
Its called tapping into the cultural collective conciousness then manifesting what will happen.

My best friend's birthday is June 6 and she was really annoyed about everyone making jokes about it. I would personally hate to have a baby born 6/6/06. It would be way too creepy!
