If you are law abiding, there will be no problem.

In Singapore, as in most Asian, if you are foreigner, they will be more relax with the law on you for first time minor offence. You have just given a warning for Jay Walk, throwing rubbish any where etc.

But never try robbing, molesting, raping, drug. You are basically asking for trouble.

No problem, come and enjoy the beauty of the Island.

Beautiful birdpark with largest world man-made waterfall and all kind of birds flyinf freely.

Try the world class zoo and night safari, and see the freedom the animal enjoy.

Come to taste the great food, from Chinese, Indian, Malay, Thai, Viet and any where in Asia to Russian, French, Brazilian and evry parts of the world.

Not forgetting the shopping, Disco, Beach, etc.

Come and have fun, but not trouble

as long as you're a male between 16 and 50 years of age. But the court still holds the power to decide if you're old enough or too old to be caned.

As with other countries, unless you have diplomatice immunity, you are basically subjected to the local laws once you're in the country. so you'll be subjected to the "death by hanging" sentence if you're caught bringing drugs in no matter where you're from.

bringing in a pack of gum would be a wiser and safer choice.

no... gum is also not allowed to be brought in...
but i think it's more of a fine rather than caning...

yes you're subjected to SG laws if you come.. there's this recent case where this viet-australian came (on transit i think) but was caught at the airport with drugs.. He was sentenced to death.. the whole issue was a big hoo-haa in Australia and singapore, especially since some Aussies think he shouldn't be hanged in other countries...
