If the coordinates of two points on the Earth is (x, y) and (x+180, -y); is there a geography term which corresponds to that relationship?

the antipode. if you draw a line from x, y through the exact center of the earth, the point x+180, -y will be where that line exits the earth's surface on the other side (assumes the earth is a perfect sphere, which it is not).

x is measured to the North & South of Equator to North & South poles.y is measured from Greenwich meridian to the International Date Line that passes from Pacific.Any point can be coordinated on Earth using these references.
