Ok first off, eyeliner.
Second a light color (depends on skin complexion) as eyeshadow.
And this is a plus**Mascara (Lightly put it on, dont over do it...)

You should put on a lot of eyeliner. Also though to help balance out the look add some mascara but not too much, and a dark color eyeshadow.

cat eyes are really hot and the best thing to make them stand out is a dark black eyeliner, it'll make any kind of eyes look hot and stand out. hope this helps and it'll mack any guy growl. lol good luck. :) :) :)

diferent types of make up try to x-peramint with different colors evenones you dont think will lok right on you it depends but use lots of eyeliner and mascara i dont have cat eyes but lots of eyeliner and mascara usually work for anyone peace out

I have cat eyes too. You can wear raisin mascara, violet shade shadow and I wear black eyeliner. green eye shadow works really well too. Experiment

eyeliner and a lil mascara to help bring them out more...i prefer liquid eyeliner.
