Why are American people stupid? Maybe because we are now twenty-first in education of the industrialized countries, seventeenth in science, and eleventh in technology. America has been slipping over the last few decades. We are however number one in crime such as murder. Remember people key word here is of all the industrialized countries. We are the richest but lowest in academics. Sad that we still like to think we are number one in everything when we fall so short now a days.

American people aren't stupid. A blanket question like yours actually reflects poorly on your own intelligence. There are Americans who have lower IQ's (most of them have government jobs!), but I'm sure that there are just as many Europeans, Asians and Africans who are not bright. I do think that the international media seizes on any example of "stupid" Americans to show what loutish, rude, ignorant people we are and completely overlooks any good things that we do.

Americans can be spoiled and selfish, not taking the time to educate themselves on issues on an individual basis. Just listening to the ignorance that comes out of other people's mouth and following the crowd.

I think there are stupid ppl in every country. It's really impossible to say there are "more" stupid ppl in America- because often stupidity is subjective.

Because in this case, your definition with "stupid" is "doesn't agree with me that marxism is good". Since marxism is essentially evil and most americans are well informed, they reject marxism, causing you to label them as stupid.
