I think that www.ivillage.com , has many topics , including fitness and health, so does www.oprah.com , but if you want a website that is totally about fitness and health then google it, you'll find many and choose what you want!

I don't know the exact website, but it's something like jillianmichaels.com. She was the trainer on The Biggest Loser for the red team. Her site has a free consultation and prescription on how to lose weight.

You can always go to www.bodybuilding.com for the fitness and health articles along with the excercises and gynmming.
As you are girl... I can't suggest many bueaty sites though.

go to google or a magazine sight. they may have workout plans set up for you. google will most def have something. good luck.
