You should start running 3 times a week and slowly build to 5 or 6. 7 is excessive but a lot of people do it.
So I'd say 4 times a week on average times 52
208 times. Maximum of 312.
A missing factor here is distance. I am assuming we are talking 1-2 miles. If we are talking 5 miles plus you should always give your body at least 2 days in the week to break. If we are talking 13 miles plus you shouldn't do that more than 3 times a week. And if you are talking 20 miles plus...well thats like once a month if that lol.

I run every day In the afternoon, I am always in shape and on a diet. p.s I play sports which makes me fit and never overweight.

if you enjoy running then you should do it everyday, but if you don't like running at all, at least try,, it is worth the effort.
