If a women asks for your opinion it's because she knows she looks good, however shes fishing for a GUY to tell her she looks good.

because they want to know if they look attractive to men so who better to ask than a man. plus, men are usually crap liars so we can tell if they are telling the truth or not whereas a woman may lie and tell you that it looks good when it doesn't

it's true we ask whoever is closest to us at the time, if you say we look great we think you are lying but if you say we look terrible then we cry, you can't win really, just leave the room and lock yourself in the toilet if the situation arises again.... oh my god did i really just say that....
