1) Open internet explorer.
2) Go to Tools-->Internet options-->Advanced.
3) Uncheck the box for Enable Third Party Browser Extensions
4) Uncheck the box for Display a notification about every script error
5) Check the box for Disable script debugging
6) Click Apply and OK.
7) Close Internet Explorer.
8) Open a new window.

This should resolve the issue.

Assuming you're using internet explorer, have her go to the tools menu, choose the "delete cookies" button and the "delete files" button. Basically clear out what you can.

If this doesn't work, there's a good chance she has some spyware that isn't behaving very well (even for spyware). There's some great spyware removal tools, including one from microsoft.

A final option would be to download Opera (www.opera.com) or Firefox (www.getfirefox.com) and get a browser to replace Internet Explorer. That'll fix the problem for sure. Either of these two browsers are better than Internet Explorer anyways. (You'll find people argue about whether firefox or opera is better--I prefer Opera--but you'll never find anyone saying IE is better.)

Good luck.

You have a virus sir. This looks like a program is trying to access certain protected areas of your system which would not be possible if the user is not an administrator (or with the admin account). I am assuming ofcourse that your account is an admin account.

Please search the web for "Online Security" & "online scan" you will be getting a lot of websites that offer free online scanning of your system. Please login as admin & run them.
