Get 2 know her 1st. I mean her attitude and her presence of behaviour. Take her 2 a good movie... After that arrange 4 a dinner in a nice restaurent... Give her a appropriate gift and while giving it make eye contact...By this I don't mean just stare at her... Give her a warm look & say the magic words "I love U" very honestly as u can. If she feels u r meaning it she should give a positive reply without any hitch..

Use something from a memorable moment that you two had together in the last year....like a place, an object, a cute saying, and get creative w/ it. The more creative, the more you'll impress her

Take her on a picnic, and put a message in a fortune cookie telling her on one side Baby I Love you, and in t he back write Marry me. Then hand her a red rose with the ring tied on it. Make sure its personal and private, but yet very sweet
