If he has got into the position that hes this unproud about his personal hygiene you have to be hard! If you dont then no-one else will & sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind, if you act asthough its not a problem really he wont bother sorting it out.
Tell him that his dick and his breath are both dirty and smelly.
His dick is like that because hes not washing it - at all.
His breath is like it because hes not brushing his teeth!
He sounds depressed (one of the major symptoms of depression is losing interest in personal appearance/hygene).
This cannot be ignored and he either needs help or needs to sort his self out and grow up and start washing properly like an adult. He will not be happy about this but that sure beats the alternative.
As a man Im telling you do not put up with this - its showing no respect for you either.

Start with his willy - look at it and say you're worried, it doesn't look right. Is he washing often enough? Insist he gets it clean before he gets it anywhere near you.

His breath - is it bad all the time? Poor diet can make your breath smell as well as bad teeth. Suggest you both go to the dentist for a check up.

It sounds like he's pretty run down and unhealthy at the moment. How about you both go on a health kick for a while - eat lots of fruit and veg, cut down on coffee and alcohol and drink lots of water.

1) I used to have bad breath for years. I diagnosed and fixed it in 24 hours. Candida.
2) For the cheese problem, washing would probably help.
3) You are on your own for the final part of the question I am afraid. Good luck.

Maybe I could deal with the bad breath but the cheese- get this guy to the doctor that's not normal if the guy is washing himself on a regular basis. I know it isn't a particularly nice thing to have to talk about but you have to live with him and can you put up with both of these things for another twenty/thirty years?

You need to sit him down and just look him in the eyes and start by saying that you and him have been together form 4 years and you care deeply for him but as of lately you have noticed that he has breathe has began to stink something awful and that you are very concerned about his health.

If you have been with him for four years then you should be able to discuss anything with him.
as for his breath and his willy sounds like he could do with a good old scrub in the bath and a tooth brush and toothpaste my go along way to help.

Tell him straight!!!

Ask him if he has brushed his teeth recently or keep giving him chewing gum or mints.

As far as the other problem goes, wash it for him! It could be sexy for both of you & maybe you will get to use it so it won't be covered in cheese.

(By the way, keep it out of the fridge)......

YES, I AGREE WITH EVERYBODY.....

DEAL WITH THIS ASAP.

Your health is in jeopardy.

You can however do it in a kind and gentle way which will not upset him, and I am sure he will appreciate it. Nobody wants to smell, maybe he doesn't know it.

Unless he's trying to get rid of you and does not know how to tell you....... wouldn't you want honesty as well. (not that I am suggesting that this is the case)

Theres no easy way out, just tell him, he'll respect you more if you do rather than say nothing and start avoiding him, get him to the doctor to make sure all is ok, he'll love you for it I'm certain
