Is there such a thing as bad children or bad parents?

Some children or harder to raise and take more work, and diligent parenting is needed. While I believe that there are bad parents out there, most bad parents are clueless or not diligent.

There are neither bad nor good!
Also, there are no differences between children and parents, we are all in the same chain! I have seen more children influencing parents than the opposite! And when parents influence the children, usually is not for good!

I don`t think it`s really bad children or bad parents, I think it`s when you have parents who just don`t know how to discipline their children and are either too afraid or too proud to ask for help when they need it.Some parents over discipline and the child rebels.
