There's a program out called "blazer" or something that will convert them for you, or you can get this program called advancedX that works wonders. IT covers all the formats you named.

You might have heard about Nero cd burning software.
Nero Vision is the additional software which comes with it.
That software can help you to convert files from many format to mp4.
and if your interest is to make file size smaller than DivX is also good option.
