Very probably yes. Buy a DVD drive and download one of these anarchist DVD ripper programs and have at it. I believe ther is a program called AdvancedX or something that you can use for free for 30 days. But be aware this is probably illegal.

Yes. As long as you have a DVD drive in your pc there is no problem.

Try MagicISO. It should allow you to create and ISO image of a DVD and mount it as if it disc were actually in you DVD Drive.

Also if you want to save a smaller ISO, use DVDShrink to create your DVD ISO. http://www.dvdshrink.org/
