This is such crap. Once you have a period, you hymen is broken first of all. Second of all, sex only hurts when things don't progress as they should. Foreplay and stimulation lub the body for sex, condoms come with lube and there are lubes you can use to allow things to slip in. When you're ready to have sex with the right person, you'll be aroused and excited and things will "fit" together fine. Being afraid of sex means you aren't ready. I don't know any girls who said sex hurt the first time if they were prepared and ready. Don't you masturbate?? If it dosen't hurt to insert your fingers? Why should it hurt to insert a penis? Your vaginal walls stretch to accomodate. They key is for the guy not be in a hurry and wait until you are aroused. Women take on average 15-20 minutes to reach an aroused state. Men take about 3 minutes.

being a virgin is a great thing. You shouldn't be afraid of it at all. Unfortunately once you do decide to have sex there is no way to guarantee that there won't be even just a little pain your first time. I would wait until your 100% sure that you want to have sex and make sure that it is with someone that you care about. Some women don't feel any pain so you might get lucky!

Personally, having sex the first time was extremely painful for me. I'm sure its different for everyone. As some of the others have said, take your time. Don't rush into the act. Make sure you are very worked up, use lots of lubrication, and talk to your partner. Letting him know what hurts and what doesnt will help him be easier with you. Good luck :)

It doesn't hurt for EVERYONE...sometimes there is pain and sometimes there is just slight discomfort. There really isnt a way to make it NOT hurt, but being relaxed and not tensed up may make it hurt less. Making sure you truly love the person you are going to give your virginity to and are comfortable with them will ensure that you are more relaxed and less tense. Don't have sex until you are absolutely ready, its not worth it! =)

It really didn't hurt that bad for me it was more uncomfortable than anything.Honestly the pain is mostly all in your mind because you are expecting it to hurt so therefore it will hurt. But the person that you are going to be with should understand that you are scared and that he should take his time and make it a wonderful experience.

First of all how old are you? I don't recommend having sex if you aren't married . Being a virgin is a special thing to be shared with someone who loves you enough to marry and be with only you ! Take my advice ,save yourself for someone who's willing to cherish you for the jewel you are.

The first time is the most painful and the younger you are the more painful it is. After the first time it becomes less and less painful. Just ask him to be very easy on you and take it slow.

if your man is kind and gentle it does not have to hurt

maybe he will not penetrate first time, you don't have to

have fun, it is not an endurance test

save it til you marry, much more fun if your husband is the first, nobody to compare with
